I. INFORMATION COLLLECTED
MF & Co collects “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify the user, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information collected, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, preferences the user submits and preferences that are generated based on the data user submits and number of clicks. Personal Information includes user email and contact information, which the user submits to MF & Co through the registration process at the Site. User can create a profile by registering with the Service and entering the users email address and creating a user name and a password. By registering, the user is authorizing MF & Co to collect, store and use the users email address in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
II. HOW MF & CO USES AND SHARES INFORMATION
Personal Information:
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, MF & Co does not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes users Personal Information with third parties without users consent. MF & Co does share Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to MF & Co is used to help MF & Co communicate with the user. For example, MF & Co uses Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.

III. HOW MF & CO PROTECTS INFORMATION
MF & Co implements security measures designed to protect the users information from unauthorized access. The users account is protected by the users account password and MF & Co urges the user to take steps to keep the users personal information safe by not disclosing the users password and by logging out of the users account after each use. MF & Co further protects the users information from potential security breaches by implementing certain technological security measures including encryption, firewalls and secure socket layer technology. However, these measures do not guarantee that the users information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed by breach of such firewalls and secure server software. By using MF & Co’s Service, the user acknowledges that the user understands and agrees to assume these risks.
IV. USERS RIGHTS REGARDING THE USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
The user has the right at any time to prevent MF & Co from contacting the user for marketing purposes. When MF & Co sends a promotional communication to a user, the user can opt out of further promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each promotional e-mail. Please note that notwithstanding the promotional preferences the user indicates by unsubscribing, MF & Co may continue to send the user administrative emails including, for example, periodic updates to MF & Co’s Privacy Policy.

As part of the Service, MF & Co may provide links to or compatibility with other websites or applications. However, MF & Co is not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those websites or the information or content they contain. This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by MF & Co through the Site and the Service. Therefore, this Privacy Policy does not apply to the users use of a third party’s website accessed by selecting a link on MF & Co’s Site or via the company’s Service. VI. CHANGES TO MF & CO’S PRIVACY POLICY
MF & Co reserves the right to change this policy and Terms of Service at any time.
